Default Wilcox: D'Antoni system 'perfect for my game'

Courtesy of HoopsHype's video blogs...HoopsHype.com NBA Blogs - NBA Videos » Chris Wilcox: “D’Antoni’s system was perfect for my game”

Chris Wilcox is working out at John Lucas's camp. In the interview, the unrestricted free agent said, "That's the style of play I like . . . It was just tough for me to adjust at the end of a season . . . Mike D'Antoni, his system, works perfect for my game. So hopefully everything will work out in the summertime and we can make some things happen."

Wilcox is expected to get some interest from teams in the NBA, but should the Knicks keep him in the fold?

we need to clear out redundant pf !
e have wilcox in harrington who i think is a chucker.
if we win the draft we draft blake griffin if our pick is top 4 i pick tabeet
i would trade Lee for a top 3 pick and take rubio
i would also trade nate for a top 8 pick and take curry

i would live through a growing year if we started this team

H. Tabeet c
Chandler pf
Gallo sf
D. Curry sg
R Rubio pg
harrington,jj2,duhon,e.curry

rubio can guard the bigger guards as he showed in the olympics
curry can guard the faster smaller guards and spread the floor.
iit also gives us two good ball handlers and desicion makers on the court.
Harrington can lite it up from the bench as sixth man for 1 year.

and we would have cap room to add two top players next season
but if its not Lebron ,Kobe or Wade we don't need to!
we wait for dwight howard to come out.

which player is NOT going to say.......D'Antoni's system is perfect for my game.

In truth, maybe Wilcox does have a little advantage coz he likes to run too, but a little shooting would help........I dont think he has any of that.

Seriously, has anyone not said the system was good for the game?

Great point nyballa6, only players that will be honest are those who have retired.

The players that are still playing love the money they can make by padding their stats in this loosey goosey score and don't defend type of system..

I meant good for "their" game, typo, my bad. Don't think that really makes a difference for your point though.
