It makes sense if Donnie and Mike really believe he is that poisonous to the rest of the team (not a bad belief). It obviously makes sense to keep him and if there is a big midseason trade available that makes us much better, we can deal...but another option might be to keep him inactive, play with 14...but that continues to risk him pissing and moaning aloud.
